Overview

Linear type semi-auto mechanical pencil production line including oil-spray, pre-heat, filling, freezing, extraction process for metal moulds. Turndown system could be added. 

Suited for producing eye brow pencils, pencil eyeliners and other mechanical or sharpenable pencil cosmetic products.

1. 5L thermostatic vessel.
2. Once reached set temperature, the vessel bulk mixing system automatically opens. Controlled by HMI.
3. Bulk mixing speed easy to adjust.
4. Fast mould pre-heating.
5. Servo-driven, filling 48-72 pcs per minute.
6. Equipped with automatic ribbon winding system for exhausting during filling.
7. Fast and efficient cooling the mould.
